Christian Yoga   Monday Evenings at 7pm

 "It's Autumn!  Fall into Yoga"

Please bring a mat, block and belt to class if you have it!  

Come and check our class out!  We are currently studying an Anusara-Inspired yoga practice, and are learning the five principles of alignment and the different energy loops.  All levels are welcome.

Classes are lead by Sandra Lynn Lightfoot and Christine Volinsky.  All classes begin and end with an affirmation of faith.
